Timothy Clerkin returns to ITI for ‘Dreaming’ EP

The Insult To Injury boss heads deep into the rave for his new four-track EP.

Available digitally and on a super limited edition run of 100 hand stamped vinyl, Dreaming pairs Timothy’s signature acid sound with jungle and breakbeat rhythms, fine-tuned for the dance floor.

The title track opens proceedings with huge bass and crisp breaks that drop into an anthemic rave cut, before ‘Tour de Trance’ brings the pace down, building to a euphoric close on a bed of analogue synths and a bouncy bass line.

Next up ‘Jangala’ rides a progressive trance bass line through string sections, vocal samples, bird calls and a heavy rave stab, followed by closing cut ‘Broken Wing’ which marries wailing Eastern-inspired melodies with acid bass and resonant synth stabs.

The release follows the well-received Corpus Vol 2, a remix EP which invited Bawrut, Violet, Younger Than Me and Shokh to put their spin on tracks from the ITI catalogue.
