A punchy, bass driven affair on the UK record label Lobster Theremin.

It’s been a while since we’ve described something as ‘outsider’.

Remember that spell when everything which wasn’t 4/4 and sounded a little like Blawan was described as such?

Well – this new EP from Nikki Nair on the longstanding UK label Lobster Theremin is as weird, wonky and reminiscent of that bass driven era which helped go on to define UK music culture for the next decade or so.

This is a frantic, pacy, sample driven EP which will likely do sever damage in the clubs over the winter period and well into next year. Get involved.
