Kerri Chandler to host new residency in London with guests at Koko Electronic

The acclaimed House music legend will play host to a number of friends and Kaoz Theory counterparts as part of a new London residency.

Kerri Chandler has announced a new residency in London kicking off in February next year at Koko Electronic. The House music pioneer will host four shows across the month inviting guests to join him at the club in what is set to be a celebration of the very best in underground dance music.

Names announced today for the exclusive showcase include rising DJ’s Lea Lisa, Ceri, Hélena Star and Melle Brown whilst headline acts are aplenty with the likes of Detroit legend Moodymann, Rush Hour’s Antal, Dj Deep and Dam Swindle all set to join Kerri for the series of special shows.

Celebrating Kaoz Theory, Kerri Chandler’s longstanding record label, the residency will focus on sounds which have helped inspire and inform the development of the label and its output.

Kerri Chandler commented on the upcoming residency:

“I always like to try to do things a little different and bring a new angle to my shows – I had a great time playing KOKO earlier this year, a venue that I have a long history with since it was the Camden Palace in the 90’s and am very excited to announce that, alongside a host of incredible guest talent, I will play KOKO every Saturday across February. No week will be the same! Kaoz Theory is my personal take on music and the people I’m closest with. A creative outlet of any combination of house that I would like to explore and share with my musical family, also adding a different way of creating environments.”
