Valentina Magaletti & Zongamin collaborate on new album

The pair have teamed up for a new album on AD93.

V/Z is the new partnership of drummer-composer Valentina Magaletti and producer/multi-instrumentalist Zongamin. Together they have teamed up to record an album rooted in Dub and Post Punk.

Titled ‘Suono Assente’ the album is comprised of eight tracks and is forthcoming on longstanding imprint AD93 which has ventured into leftfield sounds of late, somewhat away from its club focussed origins.

The full album is due for release on the 23rd June and the first piece of music to come from the record is a double single of a track called ‘Candles’.

A number of collaborators are also featured on the record, which was recorded in East London, including Vanishing Twin’s Cathy Lucas, Coby Sey and Venus Ex Machina.
