Marcel Dettmann Records Next Dj Kicks Mix

The much loved techno mogul will feature as part of !K7's reputable mix series in the coming months. The Berlin icon will follow recent contributions from the likes of DJ Koze, Jackmaster and Moodymann. The mix will feature several new productions from Marcel Dettman alongside music which has been prevalent in his sets in recent years at clubs such as Berghain. Described as being a reflection upon his own "musical history" there are lots of nods towards the likes of Hard Wax, Ostgut Ton and Berlin as a musical city. He concludes as follows: 

“This mix is not the picture that other people take of me, it is the picture I’d take of myself.”
