Planet Wax and Pollination throw instore fundraiser for Earthquake relief

On 15th April, Planet Wax and Pollination are teaming up to host a 12-hour instore event to raise money for a Syrian NGO providing earthquake relief.

Running from 3pm to 3am, the event will see DJ sets from the likes of Oneman, Izzy Locke, Ekula, Yasmine, FROND and many more.

The event will raise money for Synergy for Development (Taazor – مؤسسة تآزر للتنمية), an NGO providing mid-term and long-term response to survivors of the earthquake in Syria.

The earthquake across Syria and Turkey, which took place almost two months ago, killed over 50,000 people and injured over 100,000. It’s estimated that 26 million people across both countries have been directly impacted, with hundreds of thousands of people lacking adequate shelter, food, clean water, sanitation, and more.
