A new book from Mixmag documents the cities that have influenced dance music and DJ culture across the world.

Written by Mixmag editor Duncan Dick, ‘Destination Dancefloor’ is made up of photography, recommendations from leading figures in the dance music scene and histories of spaces that have played a pivotal role in where club culture is today.

Chronicling 40 locations around the world, from house music’s origins in Chicago to Ibiza’s reputation as a world renowned clubbing destination, the book provides an overview of global dance music.
