Premiere: Regularfantasy – Life Is A Delight

The sun streamed through the windows, promising a good day ahead. Life had become much simpler since she moved out into the countryside; no commute, no late nights at the office, no external pressures… Her priorities had changed, and with that her mood followed. Now she took pleasure in the small things; she celebrated the little wins; she always saw life as a delight.

It was 2018 when DJ and certified party starter CC:DISCO released the inaugural edition of her ‘First Light’ compilation into the world. It put a spotlight on talent coming out of her home turf of Australia—the likes of Sui Zhen, Nite Fleit, Jace XL and Angophora all featured. This is still true of the second iteration, which is set for release on 7th May, but this time she extends this to other countries across the world, highlighting prolific, upcoming and unsung artists from the likes of Russia, Zambia, Japan Sweden and many more. Sonically moving between house, trance, Balearic, disco and jazz, she compiles a whopping 24 tracks from names that already are, or will soon be, firmly on your lips, including Manami, Escape Artist, Jenifa Mayanja, Munir and Regularfantasy.
