The room was dark and crowded, sweat dripped from the ceiling and occasionally the lights would flicker and illuminate them all in a hazy, disorientating glow.

It was probably better that everything was dark. At least that way they could pretend that they were getting away with it. That’s all they’d ever really wanted in a sense – to get away with it, the sleaze and the chaos.

The alternative wasn’t worth thinking about.

Here they were, rubbing jeans, rubbing genes. Bending it all.

It was heaven.
