Somewhen To Debut On Ostgut Ton With ‘Afl’ Ep

Berghain resident Somewhen has announced the AFL EP, his first release for Ostgut Ton. The label describe it as "his own take on distorted techno, combining squelchy, ultra-saturated drums with chromatic basslines and EBM inflections."

Growing up the son of Polish immigrants in a pre-gentrification Berlin Neukölln in the 1990s, Somewhen avoided the area's high unemployment rates by immersing himself fully in sound engineering, working construction and honing his gritty productions in his spare time. Now, with the release of AFL, he unveils his first EP since 2016's darkly melodic Null on Underton. It is scheduled for release on March 16th, 2018.
