Longhair set to release EP on Renate Schallplatten
Berlin's Wilde Renate residents Marko Pelaic and Benedikt Bogenberger AKA Longhair are set to release an EP on the nightclub's in-house label, Renate Schallplatte.
The four-tracker titled Mangostine includes a remix from Studio Barnhus co-founder Axel Boman and follows the duo's releases on Dutch imprint Bordello A Parigi and a track contribution on House is OK last year. Musically, over the four tracks Mangostine delivers peak-time rollers, psychedelic percussion and straight-edged techno.
The EP marks the first release from Renate Schallplatten since their 2017 various artist compilations. The label's philosophy is to support friends and artists closely related to the club with previous releases coming from the likes of Moscoman, Sebastian Voigt and Dimitri Veimar.
