Gonno & Nick Höppner return to Ostgut Ton with new collaborative material

The pair have hit the studio once again for a new EP which will be released by the German record label on the 11th of October next month. The last outing from the duo came back in 2016 on the same imprint in the form of the "Fantastic Planet EP" which was well received and widely played.
The new release is called "Lost" and see's the pair pick up from where they left off – exploring the outer reaches of house music with delicate, woozy soundscapes and melodic intricacies at the forefront of the collaborative process. The EP features three tracks, one of which spans over twelve minutes as they wander between weaving textures and scattered percussion. The tracks on the release have been three years in the making split between Berlin and Tokyo based studios. The label describes the result as follows:
"Accordingly, the three new tracks on Lost are defined by the interactive playfulness and unpredictability of their collaborative process, elements often missing from dance music."
