Gang Gang Dance End Seven-Year Hiatus With New Album ‘Kazuashita’

NYC outfit Gang Gang Dance have just announced their return after a seven-year hiatus! Honestly, that feels like a lifetime in today's fast-paced music scene. Kazuashita – their first record together since 2011's still amazing Eye Contact – is out 22nd June via 4AD.

Formed as an improvisational group in the early 2000s, Gang Gang Dance have consistently worked to blur the boundaries between music and art. Kazuashita is described as "an intoxicating mix of shoegaze and electronic ambience", and you can listen to lead track 'Lotus' right now. Check out the tracklist and cover art below.
