Elena Colombi announces new label Osàre

Elena Colombi is set to launch her new label Osàre with a release from Free Range.

The DJ and NTS resident has built a reputation for her diverse record collection and ability to connect these strange and unique sounds through her DJ sets and radio shows.

The label's name translates to 'daring' or 'bold' in her native Italian, signalling what listeners can expect of Elena's curation: forward-thinking, experimental and with a sense of freedom that will transcend any expectations of time and genre.

The inaugural release entitled King of Snake comes from Free Range, the alias of US producer Matt Weiner and Digital Tsunami founder Ernestas Sadau, who, across the EP, fuse together DIY electronics and droning new wave influences.

Following this, Elena is set to release an archive of Greek leftfield musician Thanasis Zlatanos; spanning music that sits on the fringes of pop, ambient and sountrack produced between the early 1980s to the present day.
