Dusky Announces Four-Track ‘Ordinary World’ Ep

London duo Nick Harriman and Alfie Grander-Howell, aka Dusky, have announced the release of their new four-track EP Ordinary World and single Jilted. Jilted is the first track of the EP to be revealed and it premiered as a Special Delivery on Annie Mac's BBC Radio 1 show last Friday. The single draws on Belgian techno and UK rave influences and delves into grimy, warehouse ready sounds. Playing it on full blast should turn your room into an adrenaline fueled rave.
Elsewhere on the EP, Dusky explores their range of musicality on tracks such as 'Skin Deep' which is resonanting music with distinctive vocal hooks and 'Parakeet Fleet', a track that channels the duo's love of big room techno and the hypnotic. So far, 'Ordinary World' looks like it will an EP that showcases Dusky's widespread approach to club sounds; balancing moody tones with warmer shades.
Also, if you want to catch Dusky live, you have a pretty good chance of doing so as the pair will be on an international tour from June-September.
