We’re bringing Telepathic Fish, Kayla Painter (Live) Stella Z, Weirdo Therapy to the chill out space at this year’s edition…

Field Maneuvers has never been just about the dancefloor, and the 2026 edition makes that clearer than ever. Returning to its secret Norfolk location from 21–23 August, this year’s announcement puts the festival’s expanded ambient programme front and centre – and we couldn’t be more pleased about it.

Taking over the Ambient Stage is our very own Music To Watch Seeds Grow By, the label Tia and Wil founded, dedicated to the slow, unhurried end of the electronic spectrum – ambient, minimalist soundscapes built for quiet contemplation rather than peak-time rush. Since launching, the label has built a quietly remarkable catalogue: botanical meditations, modular synthesis drawn from biodata captured from a sunflower, archival ambient gems, and deeply personal records rooted in nature and patience. Seeing it transplanted into a festival setting –  fields, fresh air, and all – feels like the most natural thing in the world and we can’t wait!

Joining Music To Watch Seeds Grow By on hosting duties is Syphen, together mapping out a full weekend of ambient, drone and downtempo that should provide the perfect counterpoint to whatever’s happening on the dancefloor.

The artists are just as compelling. TAAHLIAH – a firm FM favourite – returns with a special ambient set. Stella Z, whose work sits comfortably within the Music To Watch Seeds Grow By world, also appears, as does Weirdo Therapy, the project of label co-founder Tia Cousins alongside Manuol Bone. Mixmaster Morris and DJ Food perform as Telepathic Fish, bringing chill-out-room credibility that dates back decades.

As for the wider lineup – it does what Field Maneuvers does best. Jana Rush lands for her only UK show of the summer, Detroit In Effect and Mike Servito bring American club history, and Call Super, CCL, D. Tiffany, Roza Terenzi and Daniel Avery fill out a dancefloor programme that earns its reputation without needing to shout about it. Old skool icons Ratty & MC Boogieman, DJ Storm, Louise Plus One and Mark Archer are in too, alongside I. JORDAN’s returning “Pure Euphoria” set. The Harmony Rec. x Step Ball Chain takeover – D. Tiffany and Roza Terenzi at the helm — is another highlight.

Limited tickets remain at fieldmaneuvers.com.
