Field Maneuvers reveal 1st wave of takeover partners for 2026 including our very own Music To Watch Seeds Grow By
Field Maneuvers has dropped its first wave of takeover partners for the 2026 edition, and yes — we’re in there.
The beloved Norfolk festival, now heading into its thirteenth year, returns from 21–23 August this yea and does what it does best: hands chunks of its programming over to the labels, parties and collectives actually shaping dance culture rather than just talking about it. This year’s first-wave reveal is a typically eclectic, community-rooted bunch.
We’re hyped to announce that our own Music To Watch Seeds Grow By – the “experimental electronic and ambient-leaning label” that’s been quietly doing its thing from within the Ransom Note family – will be taking the helm in the ambient tent.
Expect the spacious, the textural and the deeply considered. The kind of sounds that reward patience and reward it well.
Joining us for debut takeovers are Can You Feel The Sun, the label and party series from Call Super and Parris that’s become essential listening for anyone with an NTS habit and a deep-dig disposition. Their FM takeover promises the kind of unhurried, expansive curation those two do better than almost anyone. Also new to the field are Harmony Rec and Step Ball Chain, merging Prague and Berlin energies via prog, trance, rave and breaks (D. Tiffany and Roza Terenzi among those waving the flag); Heras, the label arm of cult London collective Sports Banger; and Syphen, landing in the ambient tent for all things downtempo and exploratory.
Returning faces include the ever-essential and long time friends Dalston Superstore, whose LGBTQI+ dancefloor legacy remains one of FM’s most cherished fixtures; Low End Dreams (now in its third year, curated by drysu) rolling back in with bass weight, acid, electro and jungle in tow; Dialled In continuing their vital work platforming South Asian artistry; and DTMF! (Don’t Touch My Fro) bringing its celebration of Black excellence back to the field. Uhaul Dyke Rescue returns for DIY dyke bar vibes and arm-wrestling, while ZeoZone once again transforms its corner into Zeobat’s glorious fever dream of Y2K trinkets, memes and general surreal hang-out energy.
The FM team, never ones for inflated claims, put it plainly: “We aren’t going to try and persuade you that FM2026 is going to save the world or change the face of electronic music. All we can honestly say is that we love putting on this party.” After thirteen years, that honesty is precisely why people keep coming back.
Tier 2 tickets are running low following a record-breaking presale sell-out. A limited number of Access Tickets are also available for those on low income, NHS staff, or anyone facing financial hardship – email accesstickets@fieldmaneuvers.com with a short note.
Further lineup announcements to follow.
