Handclap throw third birthday fundraiser with Wolf Music

South East London Non-profit party Handclap are throwing a fundraiser to celebrate their third birthday.

Taking place on 26th November at Avalon Cafe in Bermondsey, the Handclap co-founders, Liam McNeilly and Jon McKenry, will be joined by longstanding label and DJ duo Wolf Music for a celebration of all things House.

As with all of their parties this year, they’ll be continuing their fundraising efforts for the SE15 Community Fund, a mutual aid initiative that provides financial support to people in the SE15 postcode.

Founded in 2019, Handclap have hosted fellow SE Londoners including Ariane V, Meg Paine and Megan Leo, and have raised almost £2000 for causes including the 999 Club, Peckham Community Kitchen, SE15 Community Fund and Help Musicians UK.

The SE15 Community Fund was founded by a group of SE15-based neighbours on the basis of solidarity, not charity, with the intention of supporting local people in financial need.
