Stand Up and Be the Change

"Stand Up and Be the Change" is a universal message from His Holiness, the Dalai Lama, to our generation to become "decisive catalysts" for positive change. To raise awareness of his presence in Manchester on June 16th, he partnered with Dazed to spread his message of peace and dialogue in the 21st Century. Reaching out to friends around the world, Stella McCartney, Jarvis Cocker, Michael Stipe, Tilda Swinton, Willem Dafoe, Marina Abramovic, Apichatpong Weerasethakul, Grimes and Beth Ditto joined in supporting the campaign by each reading a line from His Holiness's vision statement.
