15 Unseen Warhol Films Will Premiere At The Barbican On Monday

The Barbican Centre will host the European premiere and only showing of Exposed: Songs for Unseen Warhol Films this Monday. Films will be shown alongside artists performing live original scores. Musicians range post-Velvet Underground 70s New York to today, such as Tom Verlaine (Television), Martin Rev (Suicide), Eleanor Friedberger (The Fiery Furnaces) and Dean Wareham (Galaxie 500). The recently digitised films also feature faces from Warhol-era New York, from artist Marcel Duchamp to actress Edie Sedgewick and beat writers Allen Ginsberg and Jack Kerouac.
