Win 2 tickets to The Devil’s Lair

The kind folks down at DocHouse have given us a pair of free tickets to give away to their screening of The Devil’s Lair this Thursday, 13th March, at Rich Mix Cinema.

The film tells the story of aging gangster Braaim and his struggle to remove himself from the crime scene in one of the most imfamously deadly areas of Cape Town. Braaim is forced to make a decision between being loyal to his gang or taking care of his family.

This harrowing tale shows just how hard it is to leave the criminal world if it’s all you’ve ever known and features truly shocking images; the trailer itself includes a disturbing short piece of film that features a young boy firing a gun whilst tears flood his eyes.

Thursday’s screening will be followed by a Q&A with the film’s director Riaan Hendricks via Skype.
