Time Out Nite Sessions Presents: Mary Ann Hobbs

Time Out’s Nite Sessions kicks off again this time taking great pleasure
in presenting one of dance music’s most influential females Mary Anne
Hobbs headlining a very special night at The Rhythm Factory…
 

The Venue will play host not only to Mary Anne Hobbs, who’s incredibly
successful XFM show, Sonar stage presentations and compilation CDs
have put her at the absolute forefront of the scene about which she is so
passionate. For this event she is joined by an illustrious cast of Dubstep &
Electronica artists for both DJ and Live set duties and we simply cannot wait.

First up is Berlin resident Shackleton (live). With a list of releases on labels
such as Skull Disco (the label he co ran with Appleblim until 2009), Perlon &
Mordant plus of course, last years Fabric mix which firmly cemented him as a
force to be reckoned with.

Next up, the brainchild of Untold and Samuel Chase that seems to have
everyone talking – Dreadnought (live). Untold of Hessle Audio, R&S and his
own influential Hemlock imprint joined forces with Chase (Samuel & The
Dragon) for this exciting exploration into sound, and so far the results are
staggering. With just one EP under their belt, the Caroline EP, the album we
are assured is waiting in the wings. Deep, dark and sinister.

Randomer, a self proclaimed synth geek, Hessle Audio family member
and newly minted Numbers alumni is the next up and will be closely followed
by Lightworks and Dirty Canvas resident Reecha. Electronic party starting
blog Getdownordie take the controls of room 2 for your extended pleasure.
