OK people? Fair enough its not been the greatest of days outside today but the weekend was a belter… Spring is very, very close… well its pretty much here eh…

Juice on Saturday was massive – thanks to all that those that made it down – another record round these parts.

This week its St Patricks Day Thursday – come down for the craic and get a pint of guinness and home made irish stew for a tenner. Get involved.

Big gig this week in music is our Sunday shenanigans in the form of MusicPaperScissors. Come and sooth your hangover with a free cupcake buffet and sounds from the 80s and 90s. Showing The Princess Bride on the big screen, play the drinking game alongside it if youre brave enough!

Whole load more biz on the weekend. Fridays a free party w/ Video Clash. Steven Titmus (Unwind) & Love Theory (J.Wilson & J.knox) play detroit techno and jackin house from the 80?s and 90?s craftily blended with fresh out the box tunes. Sounds big in my book.

The Star of Bethnal Green Needs You!!

We are looking for a promoter / group of DJs to take on Sunday night at The Star (monthly or weekly) from 8pm till midnight.
Sundays not about banging techno or dustep down the Star. Think your more 80s, guilty pleasures pop, funk, soul, disco anything goes. Easy listening, good times aural pleasure for a Sunday evening after a hard weekend!
We serve roasts till 10pm, so its an ideal time for people to come down, grab a late roast and have a little boogie.
We wont be charging on the door, so you will get a split of the bar – the better the night, the more you earn!
