Ghostface Killah To Headline Royal Festival Hall In May

Southbank Centre kicks off 2016 with an ambitiously eclectic first wave of gigs. First up in May is Ghostface Killah who headlines at the Royal Festival Hall, and further acts throughout the year include Sun Kil Moon, Anoushka Shankar, Mexico's Lila Downs and Syrian National Orchestra for Arabic Music accompanied by Damon Albarn. Meltdown this year will be curated by Guy Garvey in June, with acts to be announced.
Southbank Centre’s celebration of all things Urban also returns 25 March–10 April for a range of activities, from breakdancing battles, workshops on making smartphone dance videos, and carnival-style parties.
