First names announced for Nuits Sonores 2019 night-time programme

The French festival has announced a sporadic list of names set to appear as part of their after dark programme at the 2019 edition of Nuits Sonores which is set to take place in May later this year. The announcement comes fresh off the back of a list of daytime curators which included Lena Willikens, Maceo Plex, Bonobo and Peggy Gou. The first names revealed as part of the night-time programme include British electronic and pop pioneer James Blake, French powerhouse Laurent Garnier, Richie Hawtin, Mall Grab, Nova Materia, Deena Abdelwahed (Khonnar live), I Hate Models, Nihiloxica and Nitzer Ebb. 

The festival will take place across several locations in Lyon between the 28th of May and the 2nd of June with a number of warehouse spaces, clubs and crossover venues set to feature an impressive array of artists, djs, technology and art as part of an expansive programme.
