Demdike Stare Play Cafe Oto This Thursday

Northern experimentalists Demdike Stare play a stand alone show on Thursday 6th November at Dalston's excellent leftfield venue Cafe Oto. Since the project's inception in 2009, Miles Whittaker and Sean Canty have released 6 brooding full lengths exploring texture and ambience, a string of Techno leaning singles; recorded mixes for the likes of FACT & XLR8R; and are regular fixtures of Kiran Sande's ace 'club' night Before My Eyes.

The one off show at Cafe Oto features a new AV element curated by the duo themselves, which looks promising if this recent clip for The Wire is anything to go by:
