Sutja’S Metaphysical Circus #12

Music

There is little left to be said when it comes to the description of evolution.

One may find themselves upon a spiritual journey at several points throughout existence. It is how they adapt to the difficulties and hardship, the roadblocks and obstacles which might appear along the way. Deliberation and perserverance is required to ensure that a good mind remains pure during these times of doubt and challenge. Sometimes this can be accompanied by the sweet sound of music, sometimes the words within the songs can help to guide us along our treacherous way. Sutja is here to aid in the path to enlightenment, he will guide you along the way with a playlist which allows you to search deep through the inner realms of your soul… Enter the circus below…

The Woods Band - January's Snows

Comment: An authentic piece of medieval-psych vibes right into
your ears. Gay and Terrence are the members of The Woods
Band, they recorded two albums (one without Gay) and after that
they decided to change their name to Gay and Terry Woods.

  • Et Cetera - Lady Blue

Comment: They are exactly the same people who plays at the
fusion-jazz band called Wolfgang Dauner Group. An epic kind of
avant-garde opera made for all of you freaks.

  • Staff Carpenborg & The Electric Corona "All Men Should Be Brothers Of Ludwig"

Comment: Who doesn’t love Bethoven classics? Anyway, these
guys have made an interesting song that mixes both classical
music and modern music -in a very easy way.

  • The 23rd Turnoff- Another Vincent Van Gogh (Demo)

Comment: It’s all about taking big references such as postimpressionism
painters like Van Gogh. This one is a demo from
23rd Turnoff, a short lived band from Liverpool.

  • Blind Faith - "Very Long & Good Jam" (Part 1)

Comment: Wanna dance? Here’s an unreleased jam by the big
boys of Blind Faith (Clapton, Baker, Winwood and Grech). Big
names, big sounds and big amounts of money.

  • Slapp Happy - Slow Moon's Rose

Comment: From Polydor to Virgin Records, this short-lived band
was formed in Hamburg (1972). In 1974 they decided to move to
London and merged with Henry Cow, a guy who was too much
intense and political for them so in 1975 the Slapp Happy split up.
    Henry Cow’s fault? I dunno.

  • V.A. - Ryukyu Rare Groove. Shimauta Pops In 60s-70s

Comment: This song brings me joy and wonderful sensations all
over my body and my brain. The first time i’ve heard it I thought
“this is more than good, this is unreal”. Included in the magic
compilation Ryukyu Rare Groove – Shimauta Pops in 60s-70s.
    Enjoy it!
