Premiere: Donald’s House – Marimbanana Loaf

The oven was baking hot and there was a small crowd gathered around the glowing container as the loaf began to rise with prominence. The smell was overwhelming and there was a special atmosphere in the gallery. Soon the marimbanana loaf would be ready to serve up to the finest from across the land – they had travelled to observe and witness the splendour of the ball in all it's might – the food was as much a part of the spectacle as the performance. Dancing would follow late into the evening and the great hall would spring to life…
Donald's House are the brotherly duo of James and Peter Isaacs, hailing from Melbourne and aspiring towards great things. Their latest release on Nick Hoppner's Touch From A Distance imprint is forthcoming and will be released on the 23rd of November. Listen below:
