The sky seemed darker tonight, even the pollution of the nearby city didn't effect its clarity. Usually the stars were barely visible, lost behind a murky opaque film but this evening they were more dazzling than ever before. As if by magic, a shower of meteors cascaded across the sky, bursting forth and illuminating the atmos. In that moment there was no picture more beautiful than the heavens above.
New York's Club Night Club return for their second release following Herron's 'Lowflow EP' in February. This time they've set their sights on Paris and mysterious producer Design Default, who delivers a package of club-focused productions, which mark his first proper venture into peak time sonics. Alongside a remix from label co-founder Significant Other, the ‘P.H.A.N.E.S’ EP matches frantic broken rhythms, metallic textures, rumbling low end and dystopian atmospheres.
