Guatemalan producer and composer Fer Franco’s new single ‘Eliminar Lo Innecesario,’ features Mabe Fratti and Hector Tosta (Titanic) ahead of his his debut album, Ritos de Paso (“Rites of Passage”), out February 9th, 2024. ‘Eliminar Lo Innecesario’ is a majestic, ambient-driven wonder of soundscapes, with Fratti on mellotron and Tosta on bass. The title, “Eliminate The Unnecessary,” stems from a custom-made ObliqueStrategies-set created by Franco’s wife.

The solo debut album, Ritos de Paso traverses noise rock, techno, ambient, and krautrock and examines  joy and impulsiveness, “embracing the spirit of experimentation and liberation”.
