For the past fourteen years Alienata has wandered the world of sound, expanding her breadth of knowledge and becoming a respected disc jockey in her own right. She has singular tastes in a sprawling catalogue of music and has established herself as a force to be reckoned with having been adopted by the Berlin based Killekill family upon which she is set to release a new track in collaboration with Sync 24. She has an absolute penchant for blending the downright impossible and has amassed quite the reputation behind the booth having contributed to prominent mix series on all counts. 

Never one to fear the strange, to mix the new and to break the mould – she has chosen influences from far and wide. The Killekill compilation can be found below:

    Aphex Twin ?s ambient works are essential to me, the Vol. II in particular. I used to listen this EVERY DAY riding my bike and getting lost in the north of Italy where I lived for some time… Goosebumps!

  • (((Iemn))) Autechre - Vletrmx21 - Warp 1995 - Garbage Ep - Ambient

    OMG. I discovered this for the first time at a private party under the effects of a certain psychedelic fungus.. It made me “go“ so far away; I will never forget that moment.

  • Lil Louis - Frequency

    Oh lala! “Frequency“ is one of my all time favorite tracks from the windy city. Beating, Hypnotic acid at its best.

  • The Railway Raver - Keith's Trumpets

    1998 saw the release of Drop Acid Not Bombs on Rephlex. One of the best acid house records I have ever heard in my life. I discovered it some years later and it blew my mind (and still it does!)

  • I-F - The Man From Pack

    This was the record that connected me with the Dutch Den Haag West Coast sound. I-f made a huge impact on me when I started DJing. Respect!

    Perfect balance between detroit electro & techno. I always found this record very special and straight to the heart. When listening to it, I imagine myself floating into the real deep space. Classic.

    Probably my favorite electro song in this world. It makes me dance & cry at the same time.
