London-based Greek artist Yottie, a member of the PARADE collective, releases his debut mixtape ‘CASINO’ on 29th May, a focused exploration of contemporary electronic music built on emotional precision and experimental sound design.

Written between Tokyo and North West London, the project treats the computer as an instrument, shaping loops, glitches and granular textures into unstable rhythmic forms. Piano, distorted guitars and bass lines are added through an improvisational process, keeping everything fluid and instinctive.

New single “little little”, animated by Ben Smalley, unfolds in two parts, beginning with a delicate spoken passage before shifting into a heavier, rhythm-led second section. “It balances melody and rhythm in a way that feels both intimate and kinetic,” Yottie explains.

Across CASINO, tracks move between personal and cultural reference points. “76” draws on Greek rebetiko traditions and migration history, while “lyons place” reflects life in North West London. “help came” circles repetition and recovery, and “checkered flag” adds a sharper, more urgent edge.

Further track “miracle” was recorded in a Harajuku studio using only an upright piano, later fragmented into voice notes and samples.

Across the release, Yottie moves between ethereal electronics and fractured rhythm, shaping a sound that sits between experimentation and emotional clarity.
