YAWS set to release new EP for Alien Jams

Australian artist YAWS returns to Alien Jams for his next EP entited The Hollow Hum.
The London-based producer debuted on the imprint in November of last year with NEW, a four track EP that exhibited his knack for stripped back, experimental productions.
His next release, and the 11th on the label, is quite the opposite, instead seeing him take a more chaotic approach, using frenetic raw sounds and noise throughout. It's sonic representation hones in on time spent in altering states of mind, where memories are used as if they were a graphic score.
Alien Jams is a London-based label and NTS radio show founded by DJ Chloe Frieda. Launching in 2014, she has released a healthy catalogue that spans the sounds of Wilted Women, Beatrice Dillon and Karen Gwyer, rkss and FQOL, and champions the best in experimental electronic sounds.
