Thundercat Releases First Single From New Album, Drunk

The next release on Flying Lotus’ Brainfeeder label comes from Thundercat, the LA based serial collaborator. ‘Show You The Way’ is the first single from the latest work, and is no exception to the rule. Featuring vocals from Kenny Loggins and Michael McDonald, it is only the tip of the iceberg with regards to the new album’s collaborative partners. Kendrick Lamar, Wiz Khalifa and Pharrell also find their way onto drunk at different stages of the 23 track epic.

Of ‘Show You The Way’ Thundercat has said “That song to me is about going down the rabbit hole, taking you to another place…” Stream the single here.

The vinyl edition will be available from March 10th and features four red 10” records that come in a lift off box.
