The Applescal project of Atomnation co-founder Pascal Terstappen has been blessing our ears with silky sounds since 2009. Now he is on the verge of releasing his fourth album For, treating us to a little album teaser by the name of 'Overseas' . 'For' will be released on the 18th of May and in support Applescal will be venturing out on a four month European tour from April, touching down in Switzerland, Germany, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Hungary and Spain.

Known for delivering meticulously built tracks, experimental melodies and percussion structures Applescal's newest material dips into a darker depth of sound. 'Overseas' features swirling synths and sonic warps before dispersing into a clear 4 bar sequence swapping between double time and full beats. It continues to swap themes throughout building layers of rhythms until it fades out with the 4 bar sequence. Give it a little listen below;
