Scott Gilmore's debut album 'Subtle Vertigo' is released on Mark Barrot's prestigious International Feel next month. The Los Angeles artist has been recording, improvising and studying music since a child, utilising analog synths and audio sampling. He made field recordings which he then processed and incorporated into his compositions, attending garage sales and collecting instruments and pro audio equipment. The album is described as a "concocted tincture of yard sale instrumentation, Walker Brothers guitar, offbeat refrains and home-brew synthesizers", and garners comparisons to early Air, Eno & Bowie productions and Serge Gainsbourg.
The album is due on 16th June 2017 and can be pre-ordered HERE.
