Toydrum, the ex-UNKLE duo of James Griffith and Pablo Clements (Psychonauts), have a a "collective interpretation" of their catalogue forthcoming on Skint Records. 'My Eye On You (To Reinvision)' features tracks from 'Distant Focus Vol. 1' and 'Evangelist', the album that featured the late musical maverick Gavin Clark, most notably on the soundtrack for Shane Meadow’s 'This Is England ’90'. The track ‘I’ve Got A Future’ has been "gently deconstructed" by Nick Cave and Warren Ellis, and Clark's passing at the age of 46 was the catalyst for this collection of remixes and reworks. “These new versions will introduce Gavin to a whole different audience. His legacy needs to be strong and we feel these versions will help with that”, says Pablo. Other tacks include ‘My Eye On You (To Reinvision)' sees Frank Wiedemann of Âme give ‘God Song’ a glistening house pulse, Beyond The Wizard Sleeve’s Richard Norris reimagine ‘Know One Will Ever Know’ as choral electro and Steve Mason & Tom Gray rework ‘A Distant Focus’ into a song of its own called ‘‘Just Like Going Home’. The duo's work has recently featured in black Brit comedy 'Prevenge' and forthcoming 'London Fields' starring Billy Bob Thornton.

Toydrum – My Eye On You (To Reinvision) is released by Skint Records on 7th April 2017 and can be pre-ordered HERE.
