New Tokyo Based Label Pushes London’s Slow-Mo Disco To The Fore
Blindetonation is a new label from Tokyo based producer and DJ Kezokichi. Having spent time in London running the feted Back To Back parties, Kezokichi has now returned to Japan to launch an outlet for the the sleazy, laid back bpms and weird balearica characterising London's slow-mo disco scene. The label kicks off with a compilation of cocktail sipping chuggers, rounding up various UK artists, including Tronic Youth, La Dame Noir, People Get Real and Kieran Holden. The full 12 tracks featured on the comp run as follows:
