Mr Oizo Returns, Guns Blazing

We have no idea what genre Mr Oizo has created here. The French producer – still principally known for soundtracking a yellow puppet seat-raving (how is that from 15 years ago?) – has returned to music with a new single, Bear Biscuit. That's where we run out of sensible words, because Bear Biscuit sounds like a bolshy chunk of squuerrgglglg-nnnhhhhhhhh. Trying again, it's how we imagine a computer might sound upon reaching full human consciousness, somewhere between triumphant and completely mental.
