London-based label Lobster Theremin have put a call out on social media for producers to submit tracks for consideration for a V/A compilation, which will be released tomorrow to coincide with Bandcamp's initiative to give 100% of sale profits directly to artists.

The record shop, distributor and label, which has been home to artists like Bobby Analog, Route 8, Palms Trax and DJ Kush Boogie, have put out the call to help artists who've been left vulnerable due to the impact of COVID-19. Profits raised from the compilation will also be donated to a number of charities who are helping those in need.

Lobster Theremin said: "We are all aware of the huge uncertainty that lies ahead for all involved nightlife, music, clubbing, festival, producers… We also want to channel our resources into local charities who need donations now more than ever. Inline with the wonderful work of Bandcamp who are waiving fees tomorrow, Lobster Theremin will be releasing two digital compilations tomorow on Bandcamp, made up of submissions from across the globe today.

"We are calling producers with tracks they'd love to put to good use and also those looking for a quarantine activity this evening! Submissions must be made 9PM (GMT) tonight, and this will go up tomorrow while Bandcamp have removed fees. Producers will still retain the track rights. This is essentially a non-exclusive license for us to use it for this release."
