Galloping over the hill on a patchwork horse they come, Helsinki pop niskies Emma and Mia, known to the outside world as Le Corps Mince De Francoise. Swathed in Joe Bloggs and cosmic glitter they hurl shimmering pop riffs around and whisk you off to an imaginary Madchester, a day glo city where all the hairy gurning uggers had been replaced with dancing sprites and the guns melted down into sitars. Perfect that this update of the shambolic genius of baggy should come out on Heavenly, one of the musics true surviving indie labels, and God Bless You LCMDF for being cool enough to matter and pop enough to count.
