Kowton to release debut album ‘Utility’

Kowton, the co founder of Livity Sound, is set to release his debut album Utility on the 15^th April 2016. The album is not only the first album for Kowton but also for the label. The album combines, ‘classic Detroit techno with the inventiveness and originality of the Bristol sound’.

Kowton explains, “I wanted to create an LP that works on the floor but is nuanced enough to justify repeat listens and self-aware enough to sit properly as a complete album.” He will be touring from 30/01 – 22/04 with various special guests and Utility will be available on vinyl and download.
