Helsinki City Museum To Host Exhibition Celebrating The City’s Clubbing History

In March 2018, the award-winning Helsinki City Museum will host a unique exhibition documenting the rise of club culture in the city. Helsinki’s electronic music staple DJ Orkidea will curate alongside Misc Management, an agency which has played an integral role in putting Finnish artists on an international stage.

Emphasis will be placed on all facets of Helsinki’s nightlife, with the promoters, tastemakers and influential underground figures sharing the limelight with the city’s biggest DJs and producers of the last 30 years.

In addition to the exhibition, the museum and its surrounding areas will host various club nights, pre and after parties, workshops, DJ and live streams.
