Graintable set to release limited cassette run of live acid jams
Portland producer and Ransom Note Records regular Graintable is set to release “Rose City Acid Jams”, a recording of one of his live acid sets, on a limited run of 50 cassettes.
Originally recorded at ‘Spend The Night’ in his home city last December, the cassette release – which comes complete with a sticker package – will also be released digitally at a free/pay-what-you-want price, with all proceeds from both being split between two charities, Friends of Noise and the Native Arts and Culture Foundation.
Graintable is musician and producer James Cooke who, armed with his Roland Juno-106, has produced everything from new age goodness and hip hop instrumentals to techno and acid house, released on the likes of RunRiot, Car Crash Set and our own Ransom Note Records.
The release will be available from 4th December exclusively on Bandcamp.
