Fabric To Appeal Islington Council Decision Forcing Closure

Fabric will appeal the decision made by Islinton Council forcing it to close. Club co-founder Cameron Leslie and Night Time Industries Associations (NTIA) chairman Alan Miller had suggested fighting the ruling, and have confirmed their intention to do so this afternoon.

The iconic nightclub will be hoping to overturn a second hearing with Islington Council, after a court overruled the decision to enforce strict security measures such as sniffer dogs and ID scans in December of 2015.

This news comes after it was decided by Islington Council on Tuesday night that Fabric's license should be revoked due to the 'culture of drugs' at the venue.
