Berlin’s Krake Festival Announce Detailed Schedule For 2016 Event

Berlin's KRAKE festival have announced further details on their programme for 2016.

The event, headed up by KilleKille, opens on Wednesday with a host of activities and performances in Urban Spree from the likes of Anno Stamm and Transforma, WSR and Vinyl, Terror and Horror. X-Ray Audio collaborate with Music Bones unveiling how the Soviet bootleggers cut forbidden music onto x-rays.

Suicide Circus will host the Friday night across two floors, with Mainfloor performances from Alec Empire, Samuel Kerridge, Codex Empire, Fallbeil, Kuno & Space Invasion. Visuals will be provided by the 29th Nov films, while Cursor Miner, Veritcla 67, DJ Glow, Mejle will perform in the venue's open-air space.

Saturday and Sunday’s festival proceedings will take place at Grießmühle in Neukölln and include an independent label market, a DIY synthesizer workshop and a screening of modular synth. documentary, ‘I Dream of Wires’. Performances across KRAKE's latter two days weekend will include live performances from the likes of Ansome, Dez Wiliams, Kyoka and Ceephax Acid Crew. DJ sets come from Bas Mooy, Max Durante and Alienata to name but a few. Modular jam sessions and art performances will also take place.
