Johannes Albert: The Ransom Note Mix

Johannes Albert is probably just under-the-radar enough to count as un unsung hero, but the Berlin-based DJ and Wilde Renate resident has been delighting dancefloors worldwide for almost a decade now. His most recent release, The Dancing Plague EP, came out on Needwant in June and played host to four deliciously wonky summertime Italo cuts.

Johannes was at Love International earlier this month when he played the Renate boat party alongside Lauer and Peak & Swift. Bringing a dash of that Adriatic flavour to your Friday, we're very happy to present his set from that afternoon, which showcases both his range and ability to get the dancefloor grooving.
