And now for a summary of the news.

My, my there’s a sense of (albeit possibly autumnal) optimism in the air these past couple of days again… after the misery of the past few weeks of weather it looks like it might cheer up for the foreseeable start of september.

So, the last few mornings have mostly revolved around queuing at the post office from half 8 in the morning with a load of abusive white ace drinkers waiting to get the last of their dollar out trying to me bloody passport application in the post… it’s been emotional y’know. One of em even gave me advice on how to eek out my last tea-bags. I tell you, the fun never stops round here. Oh, I just searched for tea bags and it threw up Barry’s Tea. Wanna get mes some of that.

“I knew blair would be a disaster” So Blair and Brown didn’t get on? Really… proper revealing stuff there. He has 3 years to publish this book and goes and does it on the day ballots go out for the leadership… am I being massively derisory here or does that wreak of tony trying to endorse d band mr milli (or anagram thereof)?!

Obama steps up to become the next in a long line of presidents of the you s a to try and fail to bring about any sort of resolution to the middle east…let’s see eh.

Jesus… last night i turned on the tv to ultimate big brother?! ffffffffffffffkkkkkk offfffffffffff! please, please stop flogging the fkking thing to death… tonight there’s celebrity big brother winners come dine with me special…christ, where’s that oncoming train. I’m not linking to anything here… it’s doesn’t even deserve a cursory put down link!

No Nasty on the reviews front this week I’m afraid as he’s had to do his first few days of real work in his life…hopefully normal service will resume next week if he’s recovered from lifting stuff and joining the real life! Hope that fingers ok. Anyway, apologies for that.

Have you checked out sleeveface.com pretty mad decent. Lorra lorra – completely un-topical and irrelevant… but super funny all the same! Kobayashi eating contest – pretty sure there’s some sort of animal cruelty involved here, not least for the ridiculous amount of hot dogs consumed by the bear… but anyway.George Washington song… quite funny it is too.

Possibly one of the best looking films of all time: House, or Hausu as it’s referred to. Nasty downloaded the film the other day…surely the whole film can’t be as good as this?!
