Michael Grigsby’s I WAS A SOLDIER intimately portrayed the experiences of three young soldiers returning from Vietnam in 1970.

Forty years on, in WE WENT TO WAR, Grigsby revisits the veteran’s stories for a poignant and rare exploration of the long-term effects of war.

The double bill is followed by a Q&A with Michael Grigsby himself.

The screening is part of the Doc House series.
