In honour of the now defunct Montague Arms in New Cross… a mammoth amongst taxidermy pubs and an incredible boozer where many a great rave up were had by R$N we take a diversion into:

AN INTRODUCTION TO TAXIDERMY

Following the success of Lee Paton's Taxidermy London classes; The Last Tuesday Society is proud to be hosting a live demonstration to introduce the inquisitive and the curious to the subject and the studio.The mounting of a single bird usually takes two days, but the team will guide you through each step of the process with full explanations on a number of prepared birds in just two hours – allowing you to understand the craft from start to finish. You shall learn some basics in taxidermy history & law and be informed of the best ways to legally & professionally source stock. The Live demonstration will also be projected to allow a detailed view of the process to each guest.
